camps.
Each camp has scheduled session dates, certified
professionals and a safe environment for your children.
Please Note: Lunch is Included for Campers
attending a full day.
FREE early drop
off at 7am.
After camp care available (Swimming) from 4pm-6pm at
an
additional charge of $15 a child per day.
After care must be prepaid.
* child must turn 5 years old by June 6th.

CAMP
REGISTRATION
• $30 Registration Fee per Immediate Family.
• Each camper must have a completed Application Form and Health
Information Form before attending any camp.
• Each parent or guardian must read and understand the Application and
Registration Information and Policies Form.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
• PAYMENT REQUIRED BEFORE ATTENDING CAMP!
• Summer Camps CANNOT be billed to member’s account
unless member’s account is set up for Credit Card Draft
and account is current.
• Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
REFUND
POLICY
• Camp Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
LIABILITY
AND
MEDICAL RELEASE
• Each camper must have a completed Health Information Form.
• Each responsible parent or guardian must have medical insurance or
assume 100% liability for all medical costs for each camper.
• Each responsible parent or guardian must read and understand the
liability release section of the application form.
