Membership Policies & Procedures

Chancellors Family Center (CFC) policies and procedures are in place to allow us to better serve you and to provide an enjoyable, rewarding experience for all.  By accessing our facility, you consent to have read, understood and agree with all terms in CFC’s membership policies and procedures.  Policies and procedures are subject to change without advance notice.

Privacy Policy
Chancellors Family Center (CFC) collects particular information, however, each person's privacy is protected within our website. 
We encourage you to read our privacy policy so that you can fully understand your rights as well as our terms of use. CFC reserves the right at any time and without notice to change this privacy policy simply by posting such changes on our site. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our site.

Information CFC Collects
Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. text), address, interests, and similar information. We do not request or store sensitive information such as social security numbers from our guests.

Internet Protocol Address
We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. Users that elect to use our referral system to inform a friend about our site or programs will be asked for their friend's name and e-mail address. CFC stores this information solely for the purpose of sending such requested information.
